I have been delivering IT projects for over 15 years, while over last 3 years in form of consultancy services, as freelance or partner.
Based on the needs, I manage IT delivery, upgrades, design or change management. If needed, I establish Project Management methodology or the Office, Design Thinking/Sprints practice, or Lean Startup approach. Waterfall, Scrum or hybrid – adjusting to the approach known and used internally. Remote team work, use of handy tools or facilitation of workshops – that is usually in the package of service.
Having 15+ years work over Human Resources processes and technologies let me to leverage this experience, what may be helpful in building road maps, portfolios and departament’s plans.
